You have 30 days after receiving your product to make a return, with no restocking fees. Please review the terms below:

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 1 hour directly from your confirmation email. Since we process shipments quickly, cancellations after this time cannot be guaranteed. If more than 60 minutes have passed, please email us at support@getpelviq.com, and we will assist you in finding an alternative solution.

PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:

Our estimated delivery time is 8–12 business days, not including the preparation and shipping time of 1–2 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, please allow additional time, up to 25 days, as there can be factors like weather, postal delays, and customs that may affect delivery. If your product hasn't arrived within 25 days, we will issue a full refund.

PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED:

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos of the issue and email them to our support team at support@getpelviq.com. Upon review and confirmation of the damage, you have two options: we will send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE:

You have 30 days after receiving your product to report any issues. If the product is defective or stops working during this time, you can return it to us at your expense, and we will provide a full refund or store credit so you can place a new order.

CHANGE OF MIND:

If you decide to return your product within 30 days of receiving it, you may do so at your expense. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getpelviq.com. We will provide you with a return address. Please note that we only accept returns for unused, unwashed products in their original packaging.

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange your product, you have 30 days from receipt to do so. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item. Contact support@getpelviq.com for assistance with processing your exchange.

RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:

If you received an incorrect product, you have 30 days to return it to us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and offer a full refund.

RETURN POLICY

How to Submit a Return Request:

If you have issues with your product, please email us your order number at support@getpelviq.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at support@getpelviq.com.
