My Item Hasn't Arrived. Is This Normal?
Your order is processed within 1-2 business days, and the standard delivery time is 8-12 business days. If it has been less than 14 business days, your item is likely still on its way! If your entire order hasn't arrived within a maximum of 20 business days, please contact us. We will look into the tracking details and, if necessary, resend the item.
How Can I Track My Order?
To track your order, click on the tracking link and enter your tracking number. This number is sent to you via email within 2 days after purchase. If you haven't received the tracking number, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, feel free to reach out to us for further details.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries soon.
My Item Arrived Damaged. What Can I Do?
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact our customer service with a photo or video of the issue. We will promptly send you a replacement. If you don't hear back from us within 24 hours (Monday to Friday), please check your spam folder. We respond to 100% of all received emails. If you still haven't received a response, you can also reach us by phone.
I Ordered the Wrong Size. Can I Return It?
Yes, please contact us via email to open a support ticket, confirm your intention to return the item, and complete the return process. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
I'm Not Satisfied with My Order. Can I Get a Refund?
Absolutely. Contact us, and we'll guide you through the next steps. You have 30 days from the receipt of the item to return it. Simply send the item back to us, and we will process your refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
